Hospital Day

I went for a checkup last Monday because I feel pain on my lower abdomen. Super tagal namin maghintay para mabigyan ng referral ng doctor for laboratory tests. I need urinalysis, KUB ultrasound and chest x-ray. So ngayon ko lang din kinuha lahat ng lab tests dahil may lakad pa parents ko nung hapon na yun.

I started with my Urinalysis, then X-Ray tapos mahabang paghihintay sa Ultrasound. 12 na din kami nakaalis ng hospital. First time ko mapa-Ultrasound, hindi ko pa naman alam results. They're finding out if there's something wrong with my bladder and kidney. Next Monday, saka pa malalaman ung results kasi iinterpret pa ng doctor ko.

Since my mother went back here sa Philippines, sabi ko sa kanya, we get Cervical Cancer vaccination. Syempre, I want to protect myself. So today, we also had it. I am also encouraging all women to take it for protection. Its not a 100% immunity against Cervical Cancer but it's one way of prevention. Take it habang bata pa kayo :)

After the whole hospital appointment, we went to SM because my mother would like to purchase a new pair of glasses. Ako naman, I got curious with contact lenses because I haven't tried it. Para kasing hassle on putting it on and removing it. Pero sinubukan ko na din because sayang din naman yung reimbursement ko sa Accenture, deadline na kasi ng submission on August 14. I bought a pair of clear lenses, saka na ko bibili nung with color. Para kasing kakaiba when you look into a different color of eyes. :P

An hour ago, sinubukan ko siyang ilagay for the first time. It took me 30 minutes to put it on. Natatakot pa ko pati mahirap because automatic na kumukurap ung mata mo e. Pero ayun, nalagay ko na din and ang sarap ng feeling. Walang mabigat na feeling ng salamin and kitang kita mo lahat sa paligid mo na malinaw. I love it. Hehe.
