Still ASE...

I had a talk with my Team Lead for my annual performance this morning, and after such a bit of discussion, I am still an ASE. Though all my objectives for the past Fiscal Year was met, I am still an ASE. I was not expecting for any promotion since it was just a year since I started. But duuuh, I was hoping for it.

The most important thing is, my performance was great. My objectives were met. I was consistent :)

Anyways, it's fine. I just hate the fact that this year is no yearly salary increase.

Sucks. Recession sucks. Sucks bigtime.
